CIDERY Mt. Defiance offers paid tastings of our cider in our beautiful tasting room.

DISTILLERY Mt. Defiance Distillery also offers paid tastings of our fine spirits. The first tasting begins 30 minutes after the store opens and the last tasting begins at 5:30p.
